Hi, I’m Sarah

As an internationally accredited teacher, I received my yoga and meditation teacher training after over a decade over practice, in India in 2015. To deepen my knowledge on anatomy and kinesiology, I studied as a personal trainer and started a holistic fitness program for women in Vietnam in 2017. Originally from the USA, I love the ocean, adventures, and the occasional glass of nice red wine.

I am experienced in teaching various styles of yoga, fitness, nutrition, and leading workshops and retreats around the globe. My mission is to share yoga as a path to relieve the mind of anxiety and fear and to help awaken and revitalise the body, keeping it young.

More than just another yoga studio, I offer unique "pop-up" yoga & pilates events, private classes, and nutrition coaching.

Private classes can be catered to 1-on-1 sessions or a small group.

Yoga reaches further than simply stretching, which is why nutrition and lifestyle play a fundamental role in wellbeing. What you eat can either limit or help in all areas in your life, whether you aim to be an amazing parent or do better at your job. If you’re in action mode and ready to have noticeable change, a guided 1-on-1 nutrition reset can be the step to take you there.

Move at your Own Pace

Looking to get the most out of your practice? Private lessons are an excellent way to learn the fundamentals to ensure a safe practice, develop specific interests, or receive hands-on-adjustments to help you deepen and progress into more advanced postures.

Meeting 1-on-1 or in a small group also allows us to focus on personal lifestyle goals through accountability, nutrition, or strength training.

Private classes can be in the comfort of your own home, an outdoor location, or at my private studio in Kiama Heights.

Nutrition

What you eat has a direct effect on how you feel, how you treat people, and how you perform professionally, in your passions, and in all areas of your life.

If you desire to improve your physical performance, to become a better a parent, improve at your job, get better at living, grow braver, stronger, fitter, smarter…or improve in any area of your life, then you have to fuel yourself accordingly.

When you begin to focus on optimal nutrition, eating well becomes enjoyable to where you are living your best life and making dreams a reality.
