Our TEAM
Our committed group of travel experts is comprised of seminomadic truthseekers, teachers, entrepreneurs and artists hailing from all corners of the globe, dedicated to the pathless path of self-enquiry and self-expression.
We draw upon different wisdom traditions and lineages united by a common aim: to look within and loosen the shackles of the mind, to help dissolve the veils of illusion, doubt and confusion, and to live life with compassion, spontaneity and joy.
Whatever path we practice, we are devoted to a life completely in action, totally in love, and fully interconnected to reflect on this present moment.
Sarah Hodgens
Founder & Yoga instructor
Sarah's passion for yoga became a life path after nearly a decade of practice. An internationally accredited teacher, she received her yoga and meditation training in India in 2015. To deepen her knowledge on anatomy and kinesiology, she became certified and works as a personal trainer, starting a fitness program for women in Vietnam. Originally from the USA, she's a sweet mid-west girl who loves the ocean, motorcycles, free diving and has occasionally traveled for years at a time.
Sarah is experienced in teaching various styles of yoga and fitness, leading workshops, and retreats around the globe. Her mission is to share yoga as a path to relieve the mind of anxiety and fear and to help awaken and revitalise the body, keeping it young. Her teaching philosophy is that it should be a joyful, sincere practice without strain or focusing too much on what our postures look like. She focuses instead on deepening the practice with the breath to create space and flow within the body and mind.
